1. Introduction
Welcome to Dini Rituals. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://dini.lovable.app/ (the "Site"), including our quiz, results page, digital guide, videos, blog content, email sign-up, 14-day challenge program, and digital products.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We've written these Terms in clear, plain language so they're easy to understand.
2. Who We Are
This website is owned and operated by Batel Kori, doing business as Dini Rituals. The business is registered in Israel, and the Site is operated from Israel.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
The Site is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
The Site is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to them. It is also not intended for anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the Site and do not submit any personal information to us, including your email address or quiz answers.
Purchases. While the Site is intended for users ages 16 and older, purchases should be made only by users who are at least 18 years old, or by users who have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please see the purchase confirmation described in Section 6.
If you are using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian where required.
4. Use of the Website
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree to use the Site responsibly and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm Dini Rituals, other users, or any third party. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Digital Products
Dini Rituals offers digital products, which currently include:
- Bloat SOS Kit — a small digital product
- 14-Day Calm Belly Challenge — a digital program
All products offered through the Site are digital only. There are no physical products and nothing will be shipped to you. After you complete your purchase, you will receive access to the digital product immediately or as soon as reasonably possible.
You are responsible for making sure you can access and use digital products (for example, having a working email address and internet access).
6. Purchases and Payment
When you purchase a digital product, you agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, PayPal, in accordance with PayPal's own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm the following before completing your purchase:
"I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that I have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make this purchase."
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge for the digital product you've selected. Access to the digital product is provided immediately or as soon as reasonably possible after your payment is successfully completed.
PayPal note: Even though our digital products are sold on an all-sales-final basis (see Section 8), PayPal's own buyer protection, dispute, and chargeback processes may still apply to your purchase. Those processes are governed by PayPal's own terms and are outside our control.
7. Prices, Promotions, and Discounts
Current prices for our digital products, including any promotions, discounts, or special offers, are shown on the Site and/or at checkout at the time you complete your purchase.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and special offers may change at any time, and may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The price that applies to your purchase is the price shown at the time you complete your order.
8. No Refunds / All Sales Final
Because our products are digital products that are made available to you immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and you agree to this no-refund policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please note that, as described in Section 6, PayPal's buyer protection, dispute, and chargeback processes may still apply to your purchase regardless of this policy, and are outside our control.
9. Personal Use Only
Our digital products and content are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the content and digital products you purchase, for your own personal use.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, publicly display, or otherwise make the content or digital products available to others, except as expressly permitted by us in writing or as required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our digital products — including text, guides, videos, images, graphics, design, branding, logos, the "Dini Rituals" name, and other materials (collectively, the "Content") — is owned by Dini Rituals or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Except for the limited personal-use license described in Section 9, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Content. You may not use the Dini Rituals name, branding, or Content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
11. Prohibited Uses
When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, share, upload, or publicly display our Content or digital products, except as expressly permitted
- Use the Site or Content for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' information
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Site
- Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access or collect information from the Site without our permission
- Misrepresent your identity or age

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. User-Provided Information
When you use the Site, you may provide information such as your email address, confirmation of your age or guardian permission, and answers to our bloating quiz (which may include wellness- and digestion-related information).
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As explained in the Privacy Policy, your quiz answers are used only for internal purposes (such as providing your results, improving our Site and products, customer support, and legal/security needs) and are not used to target advertising or personalize marketing. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
13. Email Communications
We may send you two kinds of emails: result and transactional emails (such as a copy of your quiz result, or messages related to your purchases, product access, or customer support), and marketing emails (such as wellness tips, product updates, recipes, and special offers). You'll be asked to agree to marketing emails through a separate checkbox, which is independent from the consent you give for your quiz and wellness-related information.
Every marketing email includes an option to unsubscribe. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us at dinihealth@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily affect non-marketing emails related to your quiz results, purchases, product access, or customer support. 14. No Medical Advice
The Site and our digital products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing on the Site or in our products is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. We are not your healthcare provider, and using the Site does not create a provider-patient relationship.

16. Results Not Guaranteed
We share information and tools in good faith to support general wellness, but we cannot promise any particular outcome. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee that you will experience any specific result from using the Site or our digital products.

The Site uses and links to third-party tools and services, such as our website platform (Lovable), our payment provider (PayPal), our email provider (Gmail), and analytics or advertising tools that may be used. The Site may also link to other websites or platforms that we do not control.
Your use of third-party tools and websites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties.
18. Availability of the Website

19. How to Re-Access Digital Products
After your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product immediately or as soon as reasonably possible, typically through a link or access method provided at checkout or by email.
If you lose access to a digital product you've purchased, if an access link expires, or if you have trouble opening your product, please contact us at dinihealth@gmail.com and we'll make reasonable efforts to help you regain access. We may ask you to provide information to confirm your purchase. We are not responsible for difficulties caused by factors outside our control, such as an incorrect email address provided at checkout, your device or internet connection, or third-party platform issues.
20. International Users
We operate the Site from Israel. Our main audience is in California and the United States, and the Site may be accessible globally. We make no representation that the Site, Content, or digital products are appropriate or available for use in every location. If you access the Site from outside Israel or the United States, or from any location where our Site, Content, or digital products may be restricted, you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.
Digital products may be available for purchase by users outside California and outside the United States, unless restricted by applicable law, payment availability, or other business limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dini Rituals (including Batel Kori) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, Content, or digital products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Site, Content, or digital products will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
The Site, Content, and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except to the extent that such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any non-waivable consumer protection rights that may apply where you live.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dini Rituals (including Batel Kori) from and against reasonable claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.
23. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or to any digital product, at any time and for any lawful reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the Site at any time. Some parts of these Terms, by their nature, will continue to apply even after your access ends — for example, the sections on intellectual property, personal use, no refunds, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and consumer rights.
If we end your access because of a violation of these Terms, you may lose access to digital products you have purchased, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, to anyone else without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to another party — for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets — to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms will apply to any permitted successors or assignees.
25. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts of these Terms will continue in full force and effect, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to a specific product or feature, make up the entire agreement between you and Dini Rituals regarding your use of the Site and our digital products, and they replace any earlier agreements or understandings on that subject. Any additional product-specific terms we provide are incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
However, nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence, including California where applicable. If you are a consumer, you may be entitled to the protections of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country or state in which you live.
28. Consumer Rights
We respect your rights as a consumer. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that you cannot waive under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer protection rights under the laws of your place of residence, such as California where applicable.
If any part of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable consumer protection right that applies to you, that right will prevail to the extent required by law.
29. Changes to These Terms
Dini Rituals may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
