Dini Rituals
Last Updated / Effective Date: June 30, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome, and thank you for visiting Dini Rituals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website at https://dini.lovable.app/ (the "Site") or interact with our content, quizzes, emails, and digital products.
We've written this Privacy Policy in clear, plain language so it's easy to understand. We care about your privacy and want you to feel comfortable with how your information is handled.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
This website is owned and operated by Batel Kori, doing business as Dini Rituals. The business is registered in Israel, and the Site is operated from Israel.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, you can contact us at:
- Email: dinihealth@gmail.com
3. Who This Website Is For
The Site is intended for users who are at least 16 years old, and it is primarily designed for an audience in California and the United States, with a focus on teen girls ages 16 and older.
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and it is not directed to them. It is also not intended for anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the Site and do not submit any personal information to us, including your email address or quiz answers. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 16, we may take reasonable steps to delete that information and restrict access, unless appropriate parent or legal guardian permission has been provided where applicable. Please also see Section 17 (Children's Privacy).
While the Site may technically be reachable from anywhere in the world, our main audience is in California and the United States. Please see Section 18 (International Users) for more information.
4. Information We Collect
We try to collect only the information we need to provide our content and digital products. Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect the following:
Information you provide directly to us:
- Your email address (for example, when you complete the quiz to see your full result or when you sign up to receive emails)
- Confirmation that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site
- Answers you provide in our free bloating quiz (see Section 5 for more detail)
- Information you provide when you purchase a digital product (payment is processed by a third-party payment provider — see Section 11)
Information collected automatically:
- Certain technical and usage information, such as device type, browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8)
We do not intentionally collect more sensitive categories of information than what is described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Quiz and Wellness-Related Information
Our free bloating quiz may ask you questions related to your everyday wellness and digestion. Your answers may include information about topics such as your menstrual cycle, bowel movements, stress, food, eating habits, and digestion-related patterns.
Taking the quiz and seeing your result. You are not required to complete the quiz. However, some quiz questions may be required in order to generate a result. To see your full quiz result, you will be asked to enter an email address. After you enter your email, you will see your full result on the Site and also receive a copy of your result by email.
Two separate checkboxes. The Site uses two separate, independent checkboxes. Checking one does not automatically check the other, and you may agree to one without agreeing to the other:
- Checkbox 1 — Quiz/wellness data consent: "I confirm that I am at least 16 years old, or that I have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this Site. I also agree that Dini Rituals may collect and use my quiz answers to show my result and improve its content and products, as described in the Privacy Policy."
- Checkbox 2 — Email/result delivery and marketing consent: "I agree to provide my email to see my full quiz result on the Site and receive a copy by email. I also agree to receive wellness tips, product updates, recipes, and special offers from Dini Rituals. I can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time."
How we use your quiz answers. We use quiz answers only to:
- Provide your quiz results to you
- Improve the Site, our content, and our products internally
- Analyze trends in an aggregated or non-identifying way, where possible
- Provide customer support if you contact us
- Meet legal, safety, and security obligations, as required by law
How we do not use your quiz answers. We do not use your quiz or wellness-related answers to personalize marketing messages, to tailor offers to you, or to target advertising. We do not sell your individual quiz answers. We do not share your individual quiz answers or sensitive wellness-related quiz data with advertising or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, or Google Ads). We take reasonable steps to configure these tools so they do not receive individual quiz answers or sensitive wellness-related quiz data — including individual answers about your menstrual cycle, bowel movements, eating habits, stress, your quiz result categories, or other sensitive wellness-related quiz data.
Your quiz answers are stored in a secure internal database and are used for internal purposes only, as described above. Some of this information may be considered sensitive or personal in nature because it relates to your body and wellness. We handle it with care and limit access to it.
You can contact us at dinihealth@gmail.com to ask about your quiz answers or to request that we delete them.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for purposes such as:
- Providing the Site, the quiz, the results page, the digital guide, videos, and blog content
- Delivering your quiz result on the Site and by email
- Delivering the digital products you purchase and providing access to them
- Improving the Site and understanding, in general terms, what our users need and find helpful
- Sending you emails you have signed up to receive (see Section 7)
- Operating, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting the Site
- Complying with our legal obligations and enforcing our terms, as required by law
As explained in Section 5, we do not use your quiz or wellness-related answers to personalize marketing, tailor offers, or target advertising. Any marketing we send is based only on your separate, explicit email consent and is not driven by your individual quiz answers.
7. Email Communications
There are two kinds of emails we may send you:
- Result and transactional emails. When you complete the quiz and enter your email, we send you a copy of your quiz result. We may also send you non-marketing messages related to your purchases, product access, or customer support.
- Marketing emails. If you agree (through the separate email/marketing checkbox described in Section 5), we may send you wellness tips, product updates, recipes, and special offers.
Marketing emails are separate from result and transactional emails. Every marketing email we send includes an option to unsubscribe, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us at dinihealth@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily affect non-marketing emails related to your quiz results, purchases, product access, or customer support.
Our marketing emails are based only on your email consent — not on the content of your individual quiz answers.
We currently use Gmail to send email communications. If we later use a dedicated email marketing provider, we will update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any email provider we use may process your information according to its own privacy policy.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files placed on your device that help the Site function, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support marketing.
Cookie management. The Site includes a cookie management option that lets you accept cookies, reject cookies, and manage cookie categories, where available and as required by applicable law. You can use this option to set and change your cookie preferences. You can also usually control cookies through your browser settings, and you may be able to opt out of certain advertising technologies through the settings offered by the relevant third-party platforms.
We may use the following categories of tools. Some of these tools are not installed yet but may be added in the future:
- Analytics: We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Analytics tools may collect information such as pages viewed, time on the Site, and general usage patterns.
- Advertising and tracking pixels: We may use advertising and tracking technologies such as the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads for analytics, performance measurement, advertising measurement, and showing relevant ads on other platforms.
Quiz data is kept separate from these tools. These advertising and analytics tools are not used to collect your quiz answers or sensitive wellness-related quiz data. If advertising pixels or analytics tools are used, we take reasonable steps to configure them so they do not receive individual quiz answers, menstrual-cycle information, bowel-movement information, eating-habit answers, stress answers, quiz result categories, or other sensitive wellness-related quiz data. The information these tools collect generally relates to your browsing and device activity, not your quiz content.
These third-party tools may set their own cookies and may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites and services. They process information according to their own privacy policies.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as our website platform, payment processor, email provider, analytics provider, and advertising platforms (see Section 10).
- For legal and safety reasons, such as to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or protect the safety of users, where permitted or required by law.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not share your individual quiz answers or sensitive wellness-related information with advertising or analytics tools. Some advertising and analytics technologies may, however, be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of other personal information under certain privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. Please see Sections 15 and 16 for more information about your choices.
10. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on trusted third parties to help us run the Site and deliver our products. These may include:
- Website platform: Lovable
- Payments: PayPal
- Email: Gmail (for email communications, including quiz result delivery)
- Analytics: Google Analytics (may be used)
- Advertising / tracking tools: Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads (may be used)
These third-party providers may process your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle your information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
11. Payments
Our digital products are sold through a third-party payment provider, PayPal. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed by PayPal in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems. We may receive limited information related to your purchase, such as confirmation that a payment was completed and the email address associated with your order.
12. How We Store and Protect Information
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect. Quiz answers are stored in a secure internal database intended for internal use only, with access limited to those who need it to operate the business.
While we use reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our content and products, to communicate with you, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, as required by law.
When we no longer need your personal information, we take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise remove it from active use, to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.
14. Your Privacy Choices
You have choices about your personal information, including:
- Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing dinihealth@gmail.com.
- Quiz data: You can contact us at dinihealth@gmail.com to ask about or request deletion of your quiz answers.
- Cookies: You can accept cookies, reject cookies, and manage cookie categories through the Site's cookie management option, where available and as required by applicable law, and through your browser settings.
- Access and requests: You can contact us at dinihealth@gmail.com to ask questions about your personal information or to make a privacy request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Please see Section 15 (California Privacy Rights) and Section 18 (International Users) for more information.
15. California Privacy Rights
This section provides additional information for California residents. It is included because the Site is primarily intended for a California and U.S. audience.
Certain California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA/CPRA"), may provide California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. These laws do not apply to every business, and whether they apply to us depends on legal thresholds and criteria.
To the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies to us, and where required by law, California residents may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about them
- Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information, where applicable
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, where applicable (see Section 16)
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable
- Not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights
To make a request, you can contact us at dinihealth@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time period required by applicable law. You may be able to use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, where permitted by law.
16. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (Where Applicable)
Some privacy laws define a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information broadly. Under these definitions, the use of certain analytics and advertising technologies — such as Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads — may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even when no money changes hands.
As explained in Sections 5, 8, and 9, we do not share your individual quiz answers or sensitive wellness-related data with these tools. This section relates to other personal information, such as browsing and device activity, that these tools may collect.
To the extent these laws apply to us, and where required by law, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. You can submit a request or ask questions by:
- Emailing us at dinihealth@gmail.com, and/or
- Using the cookie management option provided on the Site to reject or limit advertising and analytics cookies, where available and as required by applicable law
We will honor valid opt-out requests as required by applicable law.
17. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for users who are at least 16 years old and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The Site is also not intended for anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the Site or submit any personal information to us.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 16, we may take reasonable steps to delete that information and restrict access, unless appropriate parent or legal guardian permission has been provided where applicable. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at dinihealth@gmail.com.
18. International Users
We operate the Site from Israel. Our main audience is in California and the United States, and the Site may be accessible globally. If you access the Site or provide information to us, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Israel and the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.
Privacy rights and protections vary by location. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed in the countries described above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not represent or warrant that the Site complies with the privacy or data protection laws of every country.
19. Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to other websites, platforms, or services that we do not own or control, including third-party tools and social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Dini Rituals may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, such as by posting an updated Privacy Policy on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
